Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.

We process all payments through PayFast, supporting Visa, Mastercard, American Express, EFT, and SnapScan. For Enterprise annual plans, we also accept bank transfers and purchase orders. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

Yes, annual billing saves you 20% on the Professional plan. That's R399/month (billed as R4,788/year) instead of R499/month. The Basic plan is always free, and Enterprise pricing is custom-negotiated based on your requirements.

Your data remains fully accessible for 30 days after cancellation. You can export all documents, reports, and audit logs during this period. After 30 days, data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers. We'll send reminders at 7 days and 1 day before deletion.

Each AI analysis counts as one use against your monthly quota. Analyzing a document, running a gap assessment, or generating a policy each count as separate analyses. Quotas reset on the first of each month. Unused analyses do not roll over. Enterprise plans include unlimited analyses.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, contact us for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
